BEMIDJI, MINN. – Two goals from junior forward Matt White helped No. 13 Nebraska Omaha pick up two big points at Bemidji State Friday, where the Mavericks beat the homestanding Beavers 5-3 at Sanford Center.

Dave Ahlers, the Mavericks’ SID who is also in his fourth season as the team’s PBP man, is at home in Omaha looking after ill family members…UNO sophomore forward James Polk picked up his second goal in a Maverick sweater on Friday.
